To participate in the Member Referral Program, friends, acquaintances, and family members of Exotic Travelers Members
must adhere to the following Terms & Conditions:
Participants must be sponsored by an Exotic Travelers Member and travel under the referral program with a minimum 4-night stay. Rewards are not earned for reservations as Guests of Members. This offer is limited to one-time per referral.
For married or cohabiting participants (minimum 24 months), the age range is 30 to 70 years, gainfully employed or retired, with at least one major credit card and valid ID (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards, or Discover Cards). The credit card and ID will be registered at check-in and can be used for incidentals.
Participants must travel together and attend a pre-scheduled 120-minute Membership Presentation with their partner on the designated date.
Participants cannot own, co-own, or be a beneficiary of an existing Exotic Travelers Membership. Direct family members of Exotic Travelers Members are ineligible for this promotion.
Participants cannot have attended an Exotic Travelers membership presentation in the last 12 months or have traveled with any Prestige Travelers referral program in the past. Guests can register only once through the Rewards/Referral Program.
Reservations made under the Member Referral Program require a $500 non-refundable deposit, fully paid 30 days before the participant’s arrival. The reservation cost cannot be absorbed by the member or a third party.
If traveling with other participants under the program, each guest must attend the 120-minute Membership Presentation separately and as scheduled. This promotion is not valid for groups or weddings (a group is defined as 3 or more rooms traveling together).
The Member Referral Promotion and Member Night Redemption cannot be combined with other promotions or vacation offerings from Exotic Travelers, Grupo Lomas Hotels and Resorts, or any third-party company. Crown and Monarch reservations are not applicable.
Member Rewards: Upon the referred participant’s deposit for a new REWARDS reservation, the Member becomes eligible for $400 Rewards Credit. Rewards Credit can be applied to any reservation level, and they must be applied at the time of booking. Credit letters have no cash value.
Member Rewards: Rewards Credit for referred guest’s membership purchases become applicable to the Member once the prospective participants purchase a membership. The amount is based on the level of membership purchased.
The Member Referral Program promotion is subject to change or removal based on seasonality and/or availability at the discretion of Exotic Travelers without prior notice.
Failure to comply with these terms will result in participants being charged the public “rack” rate upon checkout.
